LOW SEASON: Rest of the year.
MINIMUM STAY: One night, except the month of August (two nights) for the rooms with sea views.
CLOSING PERIOD: From December 23 to January 7.

*From 09:00 a.m, the costumer can leave your luggage in the hotel if you wish. If the room is available, the key will be delivered so you can start enjoying your stay.

Extra bed: 15.00 €.
Baby cot: free of charge for children up to 3 years old.
Full breakfast: Coffee, tea or cocoa + toasts (galician fresh bread) or croissant (bakery fresh) with butter, jam, honey, extra virgin olive oil, tomato and cheese portions + fresh orange juice + fresh fruit of the season to chose + yoghurt (plain or with fruits portions) + cake, pie portion or cheese and ham.
Served daily from 7:30 am - 10:00 am.
Price: 7.50 €. For 1.00 € more possibility of eggs with bacon, omelet or scrambled.

Booking
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1.1 Filling out and sending this form is a booking request for Casa da Balea, located in Rúa Rafael Juan, 44, in the locality of Corcubión en A Coruña, postal code 15130, and doesn't in any way constitute a formal booking.
1.2 The booking will only be confirmed when the request is received by the management at Casa da Balea and confirmation is sent to the customer via email for the requested dates.
1.3 The Management at Casa da Balea is committed to answering booking requests within a maximum period of 24 hours. If a booking request is confirmed by the Management at Casa da Balea, the customer will be sent a detailed calculation of the requested booking. To carry out more urgent bookings, please call (+34) 652 424 200.
1.4 If a customer doesn't turn up before 18:00 on the arrival date without previous notice or arrangement with the Management at Casa da Balea, the booking will be cancelled, and as such the Management at Casa da Balea will freely dispose of said accommodation.
